TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment: All class fees must be paid in full before the first class commences. Concession discounts are available for holders of Healthcare cards, Pension cards, Students cards, and other approved forms of identification. SENIORS CARD NOT ACCEPTED. Proof of identification must be presented at the time of purchase. All purchases include 10% GST and transaction fees (Paypal 2.7% + 30c transaction fee).
2. Refunds: We are confident that you will love our classes. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied after the first class, you can cancel before the second class and receive a refund for the remaining 8 sessions (minus transaction and administration fees). Otherwise, all class fees are non-refundable or transferable, except as provided under our guarantee above. We do not refund for change of mind or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Class Changes: Classes are subject to change, and we will make every effort to inform students of any changes via email, website, and Facebook updates. We reserve the right to cancel classes if minimum numbers are not met.
4. Drum Hire: Drum hire is subject to availability.
5. Payment Methods: Payments can be made by Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal, or Credit Card (over the phone).
6. COVID-19 Safety: We take COVID-19 safety seriously and will be practicing excellent hygiene standards and social distancing in all classes. Please do not come to class if you have any flu-like symptoms. A QR code will be provided, and we are a COVID Safe registered business.
7. Lockdown Restrictions: In the event of a lockdown in NSW or the Hunter region, we will immediately move Drum Courses Online as required.
